Traditional carved sofa 011

The Traditional carved triple arc daybed  was inspired by the swings of the Maharaja’s court, with their wooden arch benches. This unique day bed features delicately carved arches topping lattice work panels. The arms are carved with layers of scales on the inside and a floral vine pattern on the exterior. They are made in a village outside of Udaipur in Rajasthan, India.

The front panel is delicately hand carved as well, in a floral leaf pattern, and the carved arched back features a unique 3 petal flower topping each arch. This traditional hand craved day bed is crafted from reclaimed rose wood / Neem wood with beautiful hand carved floral design.  Every detail has been careful carved into the entire love seat. The arms have scales carved into the inside angle, with an ornate carving on the exterior of the arms.
