Marwadi Maharaja Hand carved teak Sofa

This Marwadi Maharaja Sofa with very fine hand carving is inspired by the furniture of the Maharaja’s court of Rajasthan, with their wooden Sofas and daybeds. This unique Rajasthani day bed features delicately full carved panels and matching arm rests. The arms are carved on both sides with fine floral jaali pattern. Now the painters starts their work. first sanding with different no. of sanding papers depends on the shape and size of carving. After that different coats of spirit base fillers and required stain. finally 2 coats of PU for shinning and make it weather proof. Then the upholstery work will be done.
