Generally we make customized design and have lots of our designs also. All the material we use during the production and finishing of our sofa sets like teak wood, upholstery, foam, cushions and the polishing material as per international standards. We export our products to United state of America ( USA), United kingdom ( UK), European countries, Saudi Arabia, Australia and all over the world.
In manufacturing process the first step is cutting of wood into different sizes of slabs and blocks and then these blocks are seasoned with different process as condensation, vacuum system, boiler system and embedding the wood blocks under normal environment temperature for certain duration. The demand for teak furniture sets in domestic market is persistent throughout the year but it mostly increases during the month of October to March because in this session most of the wedding happened.
